TxDOT performed a full road closure on FM 39 in Limestone County on Nov. 26. FM 39 just north of County Road 854 is closed due to road damage. A detour is in place and will direct motorists to utilize SH 164 and FM 80. At this time, the closure and repairs will be in place indefinitely to ensure safety of the traveling public. An update will be sent once the roadway reopens.
