It’s hard to believe this Friday night’s meeting between the Groesbeck Goats and the Mexia Blackcats will be the 82nd time the two teams have faced each other on the gridiron – on and off – since 1901.
A year ago, the Groesbeck Goats tennis program did not qualify for 4A team playoff competition. What a difference a year makes.
