As mentioned in last week’s local history article about homecoming, the homecoming celebration that wasn’t happened in September 1946. 

Since joining the district as superintendent about a year and a half ago, Anthony Figueroa and the Groesbeck ISD administrative team have worked to create (and build on) common ground with parents for their students' overall success and growth, academically and otherwise. 

Several decisions surrounding the dates, polling places and processes for the Nov. 5 general election were approved by Limestone County commissioners during their regular meeting Tuesday, Sept. 24.
