A single-vehicle fatal crash occurred Friday, Feb. 25 on FM 39 near milepost 354, southeast of Mexia in Limestone County around 4:50 p.m., Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to the scene as well as Limestone Co. Sheriff Dept.
