The annual Navasota River Bridge Lighting was held Monday, Dec. 6. About a dozen or more county officials, law enforcement and families gathered to ceremoniously light the bridge over the Navasota River.
The Thornton Chamber of Commerce has been hard at work resurrecting, refurbishing, and hanging Christmas decorations in downtown Thornton and plans to use these vintage decorations as patterns and replicate them before the 2022 Christmas Season are already in the works!
Santa, Mrs. Clause, and their favorite Elf paid a visit to Downtown Thornton last Saturday afternoon.
The Kosse Community Center wishes to remind everyone that Santa will be at the Community center, for children 12 & under, at 7:00PM on Thursday, Dec. 9th starting at 6:30PM. The recent Town Crier mistakenly listed the date as Dec. 6th.
