FirstChoice Cooperative is a member owned group purchasing organization and Limestone Medical Center has been an active participant for 21 years. Special reduced pricing to purchase equipment and supplies is available to the membership through this partnership. In addition to the discounted pricing, the Hospital receives an annual participant dividend. For the 2020-2021 reporting period, LMC received a check in the amount of $48,787.76. Larry N. West Lake Limestone VFD held their annual awards banquet on December 7th at the Party Room of Joe Friday’s Café in Mexia. The cafe catered the event. In attendance were the volunteers, their guests, and some of the members of Limestone County ESD#2 and their guests.
