Sam Lindsey, who has been involved in Lions Clubs International for many years, was the speaker for the Groesbeck Lions on Wednesday, June 15, with the meeting being held at Mi Rancho Restuarant here in Groesbeck.

Robin York, Vice Commander of Ashburn Hanna American Legion Post 288, was elected State Historian last weekend at the 103rd convention of the American Legion Department of Texas.
