Four Groesbeck football players and a host of gridders from the area earned honorable mention on the All-Smoaky Central Texas team for the 2021 season.
Thornton Chamber of Commerce deer board winners were Korbyn Nutt - first place, Walter Hewitt - second place, Corbin Truett - third place, and the winner for the drawing was Cannon Campbell. Thanks to Black Cactus, Woodsons, Joe Neason Contracting, and everyone else who assisted in making the deer board great again.
