Groesbeck’s softball team’s season comes to an end at the hands of Rogers in a 12-7 bi-district playoff game, April 29 at the Waco ISD Athletic Complex.
Senior Kallen Rogers took sophomore Cyler Corn under his wing this season and the duo came within a couple of feet of qualifying for the state meet in the shot put. The duo finished third and sixth at the UIL 3A Region III track and field meet at Midway High School.

Groesbeck tennis player Trent Lowe will continue his tennis career, deciding to play collegiately at McMurray University in Abilene.
