Growing up in the Sandy Community in Limestone County, Texas, there has NEVER been a time in my life when I did not understand the significance of “Nineteenth of June, or Juneteenth” as it is most often referred to.
A few elected officials (constables and justices of the peace) made a showing at the Limestone County Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday, June 28, voicing concerns about a potential change to the county’s health insurance plan during the public comment portion of the meeting.
Over 70 campers participated in the Groesbeck Tennis Summer Camp. Per a Facebook post on the Groesbeck Tennis Academy page, that the week was amazing and that all the athletes and coaches worked hard and had fun. Contributed Photo
