On November 2, Groesbeck FFA competed at the China Spring Leadership Development Event Invitational. Participants in the National FFA Employment Skills Leadership Development Event ( LDE) get a leg up on their future careers by developing the skills needed to seek employment in the industry of agriculture.
The Groesbeck football team was beaten by Malakoff, 48-0, at Goat Stadium on Thursday night.
The Goat Varsity Football Team finished with a 6-4 season record and a 3-3 District record last week. The Goats ended in a three-way tie for third place with two other schools but lost out in a points tiebreaker.
Football The Varsity Goat Football team ran their season record to 6-3 and their District record to 3-2 with a 36-18 victory at Eustace last Friday. The Goats will finish the regular season vs. State-ranked Malakoff here tonight which will be Senior Night 7:30 p.m.
