The Groesbeck Chamber of Commerce held its annual awards ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 8, where many awards were announced as well as the winner of this year's Community Spirit Award, and the recipient is none other than Valerie Mann, the creator of the Groesbeck Rocks group.
