LMC Foundation Purchases New Rehabilitation Equipment with Mary Helen Campbell Donation
The Rehabilitation Department at Limestone Medical Center is very appreciative of the new equipment that was recently purchased. Physical therapy has added a Total Gym FIT that allows the department to offer 12 levels of resistance and 85 different exercises. Physical therapy has also added three rolling bedside tables to aid the patients and therapists with documenting information and charting. A new refrigerator and a worktable were purchased for occupational therapy. The Patterson Medical Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination Set has been purchased for speech-language therapy to conduct testing examinations. This set will be used to test memory and language and cognitive difficulties. The purchase of this equipment was made possible through the generosity of Mary Helen Campbell with funds donated to the LMC Foundation. Contributed photo
