Groesbeck National Night Out ‘23 took place Tuesday, August 1 with a packed park through the night. This year’s attractions included the Waco Slingshot, the Amazon Zip Line, the Ballistic carnival chair ride, a mechanical bull, a 26’ rock climbing wall, a face painting station, a photo booth, free swimming, and a dunking booth featuring the one and only GISD school superintendent, Anthony Figueroa, and G.H.S principal, Dr. Bonnie Bomar.

The Groesbeck Goats look to wratchet up their defensive pressure this football season and new defensive coordinator Audie Jackson has been tasked with leading the transition.
Groesbeck has played a readand- react style on defense in the past, but this season head coach Jerry Bomar wants his team to force the action and create more turnovers.
