Goats halt Eagles, 28-6

The Groesbeck varsity football team won Friday's away non-conference game against Hearne (TX) by a score of 28-6.
There was no scoring in the second half as Groesbeck held on for a 28-6 win over the Hearne Eagles
The Goats recovered 3 fumbles and intercepted two passes in the first half. There was streaks of lightning in the 3rd quarter , but the officials didn't call for the 30 minute delay.
