Attention is called to an article in this week’s Journal about the Groesbeck Lions Club’s Car Show which will be coming up on June 12th at the Groesbeck City Park.

The Groesbeck Homecoming was discussed in an article in last week’s Journal. Homecoming will be on October 15-16. The honor classes will be those classes ended in”1” and “6’.

All ex-students are encouraged to pay their exstudent dues in the amount of $10 per person. In addition to sponsoring homecoming activities, the Ex-Students Association gives four or five $1000.00 scholarships to deserving Graduation seniors each year. Dues and other donations may be sent to the Groesbeck Ex-Students Association, P.O. Box 657, Groesbeck, Texas 76642

The Groesbeck Heritage Festival will be on May 28,29,30. Many activities are planned. Watch for information on those activities in the weeks ahead. Attention is called an article in this week’s Journal on various facts about Groesbeck and Limestone County history.
