Kelly is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Bradley Lee Dugan; her children, Rachael Anne (34), Rebecca Christine (32), and Daniel Lee Dugan (30), and her future son in law, Thomas Currier; her parents, Ted and Anne McKee; her brother, Mike McKee and sister-in-law Bua McKee; her sister, Kim Sultan and brother-in-law Michael Sultan; her nieces, Anika & Lily Sultan; her brother-in-law Thomas Mitchell; her Uncle Blaine and Aunt Pat Middleton; Aunt Nancy and Uncle Kenny Woodzelle; and more. Kelly was born in Cheverly, MD on February 8th, 1959. Her passions included: teaching tennis, gardening, cooking, and baking (anything in the kitchen), antique shopping (any shopping), and most of all, spending time with family and friends. She loved to host gatherings and make others feel special.
The following words are what Kelly spoke to us on Valentine’s Day, “My legacy will be that our family demonstrates the Father’s love in a way that makes each person feel and know how special they are. The family unit will again be the ray of sunshine and hope to those in darkness and hopelessness. I declare and decree that on this day, that love rules our family”.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Faulkenberry Cemetery in Groesbeck, TX at 11 AM on Saturday, February 20th, 2021. Reverend Billy Cissell will be officiating.
Additionally, there will be a church memorial service at Abundant Life Church, 1238 Forsythe St. Carthage, TX at 2 PM on Sunday, February 21st, 2021. Dr. Walter and Deedee Fletcher will be officiating.

Quotes taken from Kelly’s journal:
“Game, Set, Match, LOVE WINS”
“I see myself healthy, body functioning properly, having fun with friends and family, cooking, sharing, laughing. Traveling with Brad and encouraging people through my brokenness-letting the power & love of Jesus shine through. I CAN STAND, I CAN WALK, I CAN BREATHE! What you see, you can be!”
“It’s expedient I go away (John 16:7 paraphrased), I have to get the house decorated and dinner on the table when you get here”
