Eric Matthew Noel

Eric Matthew Noel passed away at Groesbeck LTC Nursing Home on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at age 39.

A Memorial Service will be held by his family at the Pavilion at Fort Parker Cemetery, at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Eric was born July 23, 1983, to Johnnie Russell Noel, Jr. and Betty Jean Webster Noel in Waco. He grew up in Groesbeck and graduated from Groesbeck High School.

Eric had resided at Groesbeck LTC since his mother passed away in 2016, and was blessed with love and affection from all the staff there, as well as his kind roommate for the past seven years. He was extremely happy from the love given to him by the residents and the staff. He loved music and laughing and dancing with the nurses and CNAs and he loved watching the Elvis impersonator.

His family wishes to sincerely thank all of the Groesbeck LTC staff, the hospice workers, and everyone else who provided care for Eric.

Eric was preceded in death by all his grandparents; his father and mother; and his brother, Christopher Lee Noel.

He is survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins and other extended family.
