The Groesbeck Goats reigned in the win at the renewal of Battle of the River with a 37-36 victory over Mexia at Blackcat Stadium on Friday night. The score set off a wild celebration on the Groesbeck side of the stadium since this was the first time in 36 years that the Goats took home the rivalry win from the Mexia home turf.
