Thelma Dean Rozinski
Thelma Dean Rozinski (nee Payne) passed away peacefully in her home on March 9, 2021, at the age of 74, after a fierce battle with cancer.
Thelma was born in Troy, TX on November 13, 1946, one of 10. She made her way to Wisconsin, where she raised her family, before returning back home to Texas in 2005. She worked as a government packer for Transpak in Milwaukee, WI until retiring on August 1, 2005.
Thelma traveled back up north several times over the years to visit her family in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She thoroughly enjoyed those visits as much as her family enjoyed spending time with her. Thelma lived for her family. There was nothing she wouldn’t have done for her kids and grandkids. She was the matriarch of her family and will be greatly missed on earth, but will thrive in heaven with no more pain, no more worry, and no more suffering.
Thelma was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Wilson Payne and Cora Mae Brown Payne; her mother-in-law and father-in-law; husband, Gary Rozinski; a brother; two sisters; and daughter, Sheryl Jean Raymond.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Robert Rataczyk of Chippewa Falls, WI; daughter, Sherry Raymond of Groesbeck, TX; and son and daughter-in-law, Mike Raymond II and Laura Raymond of Burnsville, MN; also 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 brothers and 4 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
