Early voting dates announced for the Nov. 6th general election
The early voting dates for the very important November 6th general election have been announced.
According to Jennifer Southard, Limestone County Elections Administrator, there will be two early voting stations in Limestone County.
One early voting station will be the Limestone County Courthouse in Groesbeck. The voting station will be in Room G-1.
The other early voting station in Limestone County will be at the Mexia Civic Center at 101 S. McKinney in Mexia.
The early voting dates and hours are as follows:
*Monday -- Friday, October 22 -- 29, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at both locations.
*Saturday, October 27, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at both locations.
*Monday -- Friday, October 29 -- November 2, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at both locations.
The November 6th election is considered a very important election with some very important positions to be elected.
Also, remember, if one is not currently registered to vote, he or she must do so by Tuesday, October 9, to be eligible to vote in the November 6th election. One may register to vote at the Limestone County Courthouse in Room G-1.
