A large load of unemployed Texans has weighed on the Texas Workforce Commission’s server load capacities, resulting in some resorting to unusual tactics to get applications submitted. Thousands of newly-unemployed residents statewide are reporting difficulty in submitting applications to the TWC.
The following is a letter submitted to the Groesbeck Journal from Larry Dossey, a graduate of Groesbeck High School Class of 1959. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a degree in Pharmacy. He received his MD degree from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1967 and served in the US Army in Vietnam as a combat battalion surgeon and was awarded the Bronze Star for valor. He has contributed to medical textbooks across the country. Below is the letter, addressed to the public from Dossey:
