Young Marines promote four at drill day

Limestone County Young Marines had four promotions at their recent drill day. Congratulations to LCPL Leighton Mackey, LCPL Madalyn Shaw, LCPL Tawny Treece, and CPL Leighanna Mackey! They also learned Advance First Aid and got a couple of hours of community service for picking up trash in the neighborhood around our Headquarters along Angeline and Jacinto streets. A total of six bags of trash was collected, good job Young Marines! Many thanks were given to Mr. Burnet Wallace for having lunch with our Young Marines, and Hope Wallace for talking with our Young Marines about prescription medications for drug awareness.
