Groesbeck Lions Club to sponsor Clean-up Day

With the first annual Groesbeck Heritage Festival coming up on May 29, 30, and 31, the Groesbeck Lions voted at its meeting last week to sponsor a town-wide Groesbeck Clean-up Day on Saturday, May 16.

All businesses are urged to clean-up their areas in order for the business districts to project a neat and attractive appearance. Also, all residential neighborhoods are also encouraged to display a neat and attractive appearance.

It is hoped that special attention will be accorded to the downtown area.

The Lions Club will be contacting various businesses and property owners to remind them of the Groesbeck Clean-up Day on Saturday, May 16.
