Groesbeck ISD Band starts a tune for 2020 school year

Groesbeck ISD band held guard and percussion camp last week with a wrap at the end of this week. Full band two-a-day rehearsals start on Mon. July 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with an hour break and reconvene at 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through July 31.
August practices will differ as ‘sectional rehearsals’ will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m and a full band rehearsal will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m Monday through Thursday through Aug. 13.
Beginning Aug. 17 the band will have Monday evening rehearsals every Monday until UIL competitions are finished.
