Carlos Don Stultz medically paroled!
I received an email at 5:02 a.m. Tuesday Jan. 5, that the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole was going to medically parole two-time convicted child murderer Carlos Don Stultz.
To say that I am disappointed is a vast understatement.
The parole notice goes into his medical conditions but also says his life expectancy is over one year.
It has a statement on it that reads “If you have any concerns regarding this action, please provide those written concerns to TDCJ Parole Division Unit, ATTN: Protest Desk at fax # (512) 406-5294 within 24 hours. We will forward your concerns to the Board of Pardons and Paroles panel for review.”
So, it apparently comes down to this. I know many, many of you have written letters of protest in the past, but the Board of Pardons and Parole has apparently made up their mind, subject to a 24-hour time frame to change it.
Apparently, emails will no longer work and only faxes are being considered. Please consider faxing the Board of Pardons and Paroles a protest letter.
The Jones family and I would greatly appreciate it.
