The following cases were collected from the Limestone County Courthouse offices of the District and County Clerk for September 2023. Filed cases are collected around the first of each month. All questions must be handled via the appropriate County office only.
The Groesbeck Chamber Lunch and Learn hosted two speakers on Thursday, Oct. 12. Speaker Julie Wilson, Patient Family Engagement/Health Equity Coordinator for Limestone Medical Center educated about Becoming a Patient and Family Advisor at the hospital. As well as CASA Court Appointed Special Advocates joined to share the need and knowledge of CASA in our area.
Since 2014, Kosse Cares, Inc. has procured, packed, and shipped several hundred care packages to service members from our area. Paying for all the thoughtful items included in the packages is achieved through donations and fundraising.
As of Oct. 1, 2022, Bi-Stone CASA has opened operations to serve children and families in the foster care system in Freestone and Limestone Counties.
