Members of Linda Ferris’ Music Studio perform Cindy Walker songs at the tribute concert in honor of the famed Mexia songwriter. The concert was held Saturday night, July 22, at the Mexia Civic Center.

Alysa Carrizales accompanies herself on the ukulele as she sings a song by Cindy Walker followed by a song Carrizales wrote about Walker. The occasion was the July 22 tribute concert to honor Walker for what would have been the famous songwriter’s 100th birthday this year.
